96%

Everyday people

The mobile phone is rated as the most important item in their daily life.

13

Connected devices

The average household has mobile phones, tablets, laptops, watches, TVs, etc. connected simultaneously.

98%

Small businesses

Those that depend on wireless technology as part of their daily operations.

100x

Faster

5G networks promise to be 100x faster, connect to 100x more devices and be 5x more responsive.

90%

Every floor

The area of every floor within a building needs to have a minimum signal strength of -95 dBm or better to meet International Fire Code requirements (IFC Section 510) .

99%

Critical areas

Fire command centers, pump rooms, interior stairways, elevator lobbies, exit passageways, and other critical areas require a minimum signal strength of -95 dBm or better.

WHO WE SERVE

The mobile phone is arguably the single most important device in everyday life today. Whether it’s for business or pleasure, your tenants, customers, or employees have all experienced dropped calls, bad voice quality, or slow data speeds. That’s because the cellular towers were never intended to provide service INSIDE the building. Furthermore, the promise of 5G makes the need for coverage inside even more critical!

BUILDING OWNERS

On average, having indoor wireless coverage could increase your property's value by 28%. Dubbed as "the 4th utility", indoor cellular service is essential as the HVAC, electricity, and water in your building.

PROPERTY MANAGERS

Reliable cellular coverage is no longer an amenity, it is a necessity! 72% of office leasing decision makers say it is critical to have reliable Internet and cellular connectivity. This has become critical for attracting new tenants and retention.

WIRELESS CARRIERS

Every wireless carrier wants to provide ubiquitous service. However, it's not possible for them to address every individual need. Brisk partners with each carrier to extend their service.

ENTERPRISE

The reality is that many businesses depend on the mobile phone to operate their business. Many are "cutting the cord" as they migrate away from traditional desk phones. Reliable cellular coverage will benefit your employees, customers, and guests.

AUTHORITy HAVING JURISDICTION (AHJ)

First responders' ability to protect is compromised if a building does not have adequate signal strength for their radios to operate properly. We work with the AHJ to create guidelines and perform testing that meet local and national fire code requirements.

WHERE WE SERVE

The need for reliable cellular service is everywhere. While our competition focuses on the "bigger prize", we like to serve the segments that are being ignored or don't warrant their attention. You have the same right to good cellular coverage as everybody else.

OFFICE BUILDINGS

We serve office buildings as small as 50K sq feet, single story or multi-story, and of all classes.

MULTI DWELLING UNITS (MDU)

We serve residential, student housing, retirement homes, and similar types of dwellings.

HOSPITALITY

We serve hotels and motels, restaurants, sports facilities, and entertainment businesses.

SPECIALTY VENUES

Other venues we serve include hospitals, warehouses, and industrial plants.

OUR PROCESS

We use a simple 5-step process once a site is deemed viable. Survey and assessment of your building is at no cost until the system is installed, tested, and accepted.

01

SURVEY

Brisk will evaluate your current cellular coverage. We identify the outdoor environment, the indoor areas of concern, and work with you to help design the best solution to fit your needs.

02

DESIGN

Each facility is different and requires a solution that fits the specific needs. Brisk customizes the solution so that your employees, tenants, customers, guests, patients, doctors, and staff can be connected and productive.

03

INSTALL

We will install the solution to the highest standards using industry approved equipment and materials.

04

ACTIVATE

The system is activated and fully tested to ensure it works according to the design. We will perform a post-installation test of the entire system and provide you with actual results.

05

SUPPORT

Every solution that Brisk installs can be monitored and maintained so that you can operate your business without worrying about disruptions in service.

" OUR PLAYERS, PARENTS, AND COACHES ARE THRILLED WITH THE NEW CELLULAR SERVICE INSIDE OUR FACILITY! NO MORE STANDING BY THE FRONT DOOR OR STEPPING OUTSIDE TO MAKE A CALL OR SEND A TEXT. "

Ron B., VP and Director of Operations, Stellar Tennis Center

COVERAGE as a SERVICE (CaaS)

Cellular coverage systems can be complex and costly. A system that is improperly designed, installed, and managed can be unsecure and unreliable. Moreover, the capital cost and long depreciation can make the ROI difficult to justify.

ZERO UPFRONT COST

We will design, deploy, and operate a coverage solution as a simple and affordable monthly subscription model. There is no upfront capital cost to you.

OPERATING EXPENSE

Turn your cellular coverage into an operating expense without the hassle of dealing with the wireless carriers, adapting to changes in technology, or worrying about how to scale coverage. We manage all of that.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

You are a building owner or property manager, not a cellular operator. With the CaaS model, we monitor and maintain the system to ensure the best performance and lowest downtime. Our technical staff can diagnose issues and work with your team to resolve issues quickly.

" THE DIFFERENCE IS INCREDIBLE! OUR DOCTORS AND PATIENTS CAN NOW BE IN TOUCH ALL OF THE TIME. "

John D., Director of IT, Community Hospital
